We take on eighteen weddings a year, from April to October, and buy for each one from our growers in its own week. What you carry is what's at its best that week, and none of it sits in floral foam.

Three evenings a week in December, around the big table in the shop. We bring the moss, the copper wire and armfuls of foliage from Stonelands Wood. You take home a wreath.
